We want you to love PlateAI. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all PlateAI purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Use the "Request a refund" option, or contact Paddle support directly.
  3. You can also contact STTLLC through the support channels in your account and we'll help coordinate with Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws in your country. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged for the next period.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us or Paddle within 30 days of the renewal and we'll work with you to resolve it.
