Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your MyPlateAI subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You keep access to MyPlateAI until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are limited. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if MyPlateAI is not working as described. After this 14-day window, payments for the current and previous billing periods are non-refundable, including renewal charges. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund past ones.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all MyPlateAI purchases. To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Use the "Request a refund" option, or contact Paddle support directly.
- You can also contact STTLLC at PlateAIhelp@gmail.com and we'll help coordinate with Paddle.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you can do this anytime from your account. Renewal charges are not refundable, so we recommend cancelling as soon as you decide not to continue.
Exceptions
After the 14-day window, refunds may still be granted in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and any non-waivable consumer-protection laws that apply in your country.
